Reservation and cancellation policy

Reservations are only accepted through our contact phone number, made with our staff or through our own online booking platforms (website, business profile on Google, Facebook profile and Instagram profile).

All online reservations are formalized with the receipt of an email with the confirmation of the same, where you can check the date and time, number of diners and space in which it has been reserved. Therefore, if you have not received this e-mail, the reservation has not been made. Please check your junk mail folder or check if the process has been completed completely. For any modification of a confirmed reservation it is imperative that you contact our staff to ensure that there is availability for your request. Reservations, in general, are open with a maximum of 30 days in advance. If you wish to book a celebration or event, please contact our staff to receive all the information regarding the date reservation and the specific booking conditions.

In order to guarantee the available capacity, the maximum time of occupation of your table will be 1h.45m. We kindly ask you to be punctual.

After 15m. of courtesy after your reservation time, in case of no-show, it will be automatically cancelled.

Reservations made on the terrace will be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions and if during your visit such weather phenomena should occur, we may not be able to relocate you indoors, so if you want to ensure the same, we suggest that you make your reservation in the dining room. In case of any special need (space for trolleys, high chairs for children, people with reduced mobility…) it is essential that you inform us at the time of your reservation for the proper adequacy and organization of resources, not being guaranteed availability in any case unless expressly confirmed by our staff. You may not consume products that are not offered by the establishment (except for specific needs advised at the time of your reservation).

Pets are only allowed on our outdoor terrace, as long as safety measures are guaranteed, they do not pose any risk or nuisance and you have been warned at the time of your reservation. In any case, the use of chain, cord or strong leash and muzzle or carrier will be mandatory. Some of the dishes on the menu may vary or not be available and the menu may be updated without prior notice to adapt to the variations of products on the market. If you have any allergy and/or intolerance do not forget to inform your waiter/waitress so that he/she can take care of your meal. In the event that due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure such as pandemics, changes in legislation, serious breakdowns in the facilities, or similar causes, we are unable to offer you the formalized reservation or the established conditions, no compensation will be paid.
